Shipping Policy - Smash Store
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation of payment.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
In case of high demand or special events, processing time may be extended, which will be informed in a timely manner.
2. Shipping Methods and Times
We offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3 to 5 business days.
Express Shipping: Delivery within 1 to 2 business days.
In-Store Pickup: Customers can pick up their order at any of our points of sale at no additional cost. You will be notified when the order is ready for pickup.
Delivery times may vary depending on the location of the recipient and the availability of the courier service.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location.
We offer free shipping on orders over $150.
Any additional fees, such as taxes or customs duties on international shipments, are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Delivery
The products offered on SMASH are available for shipment only within Puerto Rico.
Currently, we do not offer shipping outside of Puerto Rico. If you are located outside Puerto Rico and wish to inquire about international shipping, please contact us at smashstorepr@gmail.com. Be sure to provide the following information in your email:

5. Delivery and Shipping Problems
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address.
In case the package is returned due to incorrect address or absent recipient, additional costs for reshipment will be applied.
If the package arrives damaged or incomplete, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
6. Exceptions and Special Cases
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes or customs delays.
In times of high demand, delivery times may be extended.
