Return and Refund Policy
At SMASH, we want you to love your purchase! We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
How to Start a Return

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Please note that items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your items upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at smashstorepr@gmail.com immediately so we can resolve the issue and make things right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on sale items, custom products, or gift cards. If you're unsure whether an item is returnable, don't hesitate to contact us at sashstorepr@gmail.com
Exchanges
For exchanges, the best approach is to return the item you want to exchange. After we accept your return, you can purchase the new item separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If your return is approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
